Returns & Refunds Policy

The B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33.subsection 1). It is against the law to restock or resell medications that have been returned. As such, we will provide a refund only if:

• a shipping error made was by us that resulted in you not receiving your medication
• your medication is lost during shipping process

Refunds will NOT be applied if:

• you decide to purchase your mediation elsewhere
• you refuse delivery of your order due to delays imposed by customs
• you made an error on your order (for example, if you order the wrong medication or dosage)
