All online orders placed through our website qualify for free Standard Shipping with an average delivery time of 7-14 business days to addresses in the U.S., Canada and most European countries, and 21 business days everywhere else. Orders by phone or fax is assessed a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95

All shipments are sent by Canada Post via the Xpress USA Shipping Service. After almost a decade of experience we have found this service to be the most reliable and able to deliver in a timely manner. All of our packages are covered against damage or loss. If a product is lost or damaged, we will reship it to you free of charge. Please feel free to contact us for tracking information or if you do not receive your prescriptions within 14 days of sending your prescription.
